Friendly Ghost

I was flipping through an old scrapbook from my early twenties—the pre social media era. 

I came across this quote which must have spoken to me even back then. (Forgive my rough colour choice!)

Today as I focus on my health, it serves—once again—as a good reminder.

It’s a tough one. There are so many lovely, interesting people out there. 

And I must remember this wisdom when I don’t hear back from others.
