Ask Me Anything: An Anxiety Q&A

Anxiety is confusing and frustrating and scary. It’s a fire that smolders on the inside, fueled by shame and stoked by silence. Let’s change that! In this gentle workshop, we come together to talk and to learn about anxiety beyond the generic banter.

Along with answering all your questions, we will cover:

-the many signs and symptoms of anxiety

-what is happening in your body during anxiety

-why and how to practice deep breathing

-tools for anxiety management

Available online or in person.

Open to an unlimited number of participants.

This workshop is for any group—families, outreach programs, educational institutions—whose members would like a deeper understanding of anxiety. It is for those of us who face anxiety and for those of us who would like to better support anxiety sufferers.

“Ask Me Anything” is available as a one-time session or as a series.

Consultation with the organizer(s) is included. I am committed to understanding the needs, culture, context and barriers of the group as I prepare a unique version of this workshop.
